John 8: 29-32

(John 8: 29-32)

And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him. As he spake these words, many believed on him. Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

The Jews believed in Jesus and came to Jesus, who did not understand the words, "Be Free." This means "everyone is a slave to sin." Through John (8:38), Jesus said that "the father is different." The Jews, however, said they were descendants of Abraham. In John (8:40), Jesus said, "You are going to kill me."

The Jews came to believe in Jesus. But Jesus said to them, "You are going to kill me." The meaning of Jesus' words is, "If you do not accept my words, you will kill me." The Jews "experienced miracles, they witnessed Jesus raise the dead, and they believed that Jesus was the Son of God, but Jesus said," They do not believe my words. "
Today, if believers do not understand the Bible, they do not accept it. . If there is a difference between what the Bible says and what they think, they will not accept what the Bible says. This is what Jesus said to the Jews. The Jews thought their thoughts were more important than the words of the Bible.

The Hebrews who fled Egypt crossed the Red Sea, but they did not cross the Jordan River. They had promised God, but thought they would die if they entered Canaan. God's promise is, "When people enter Canaan, God will give them land." So, except the two and the children, the people died in the wilderness. The Bible calls them "old man." And in the wilderness (40 years), those born in the wilderness entered Canaan. The Bible calls them "new man." So the Bible says that the old man must die. For an individual, the old man is a soul thought that does not believe the words of the Bible. Romans (6: 6-7) describes the old man: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. For he that is dead is freed from sin.

Jesus' disciples lived with Jesus for three years, but one of the disciples (Caro Judah) received the money from the priest, delivered him to the priests, and the eleven disciples fled before the cross. The Bible tells us that "everyone can be in this situation." The Bible is good news for everyone, but it shows that everyone is totally fallen. Thus, the Bible is the Gospel to those who are awakened and repentant. The Jews who came to Jesus thought God was the Father. But Jesus said, "Their father is Satan." If believers are not born again, all are children of Satan. The Jews left without believing in Jesus. In John (8: 45-46) it says:

Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. (John 8: 43-44)

Even if people confess God as the Father, they are devil children if they do not believe the Bible. The Bible says: We will not be sons of God unless we are born again. Being born again is the biblical theme. All who are not born again are children of the devil. Those who depend on the fleshly body inherited from their parents are the children of the devil. Only those who repent and be born again by the Spirit become sons of God. Repentance is the denial of the physical body. The body of the invisible spirit must be believed as one's body. We cannot see the body of the spirit, but we enter into Jesus Christ by faith. Those who do not believe this are souls, not spirits. The soul's men abandon Jesus who died on the cross. No matter how the Bible speaks, the souls do not believe what the Bible promises. Abraham until the age of 99, Jesus' twelve disciples who had forsaken Jesus, and the Hebrews, who thought they would die when they entered Canaan, were all souls. Only by repentance and rebirth become a man of spirit.

Today, most of Christianity is so different from Christianity that the Puritans believed more than 100 years ago. False Christians do not believe in God's Word, but distort it and preach false gospel. The false gospel says that if they believe in Jesus, they are saved; if they accept Jesus, they are saved. But unless they repent, they cannot be saved. Repentance is to deny yourself. And to believe in the body of the spirit. This is repentance. So, you must think based on the Bible and believe in God's Word. The representative false case is baptism. Baptism does not wash away sins, but to die for sin. And people misunderstand Jesus' blood. Jesus' blood plays two roles. First, God buys those who repent from Satan. This is redemption. God then washes away the sins of sinners.
